1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 365 Games ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual who accesses or uses the platform ("you", "the Player", "the User"). We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your use of the platform. If you fail to provide satisfactory verification within the time period we specify, your account may be suspended and access to your balance restricted pending review.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of 365 Games — including placing bets, making deposits and requesting withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free and takes only a few minutes.

Accurate Information Required

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details and any other information requested. Providing false information, including a false date of birth to circumvent the age restriction, is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 365 Games will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify us immediately at [email protected] so that we can take protective action. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials before you notify us of a breach remains your responsibility.

One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the 365 Games platform. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account. Holding multiple accounts — regardless of whether they were created intentionally — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

365 Games currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as indicated on the payments page. Payment methods available to you may vary depending on your location and account status.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your gaming balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited within minutes. You agree that all funds deposited into your 365 Games account are from legitimate sources and belong to you personally. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment details that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Before processing a withdrawal, we may require identity verification if not already completed. Withdrawal processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within minutes to a few hours; bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

We reserve the right to carry out due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. If there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other policy violation, we may place a temporary hold on the withdrawal pending investigation. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.

Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as inactive. We reserve the right to apply an inactivity administrative fee to dormant accounts, as permitted under applicable policy. You will be notified via your registered contact details before any fee is applied.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 365 Games platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market you are betting on, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game or market.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation reference number from the platform. If a technical error occurs during bet placement and no confirmation is issued, the bet should be considered void. We are not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on your end.

Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted due to an obvious error — including but not limited to incorrectly priced odds, a software glitch displaying incorrect game outcomes, or human error in odds compilation — we reserve the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake to your account balance. This applies regardless of whether the error was noticed before or after the event result was determined.

Cricket, PSL and Sports Betting

For cricket markets including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and bilateral series, bets are settled based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced or altered due to weather, venue or other external factors, settlement rules specific to that market will apply. Live betting markets on ongoing matches are closed once the relevant event concludes and cannot be amended.

Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. We reserve the right to adjust individual account limits at our discretion, including restricting stake sizes on specific markets without prior notice, particularly in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

365 Games may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions and other incentives to registered players. These offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria vary by offer and are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The specific wagering multiplier applies to the bonus amount and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the offer. Unused or unwagered bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotional offer at any time. If a bonus is cancelled after you have started wagering, the unwagered portion will be removed but any wagering already completed will be retained where fair to do so.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim an offer more than once, or using betting patterns designed to arbitrage wagering requirements — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived funds.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except through the standard wagering and withdrawal process.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365 Games platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or technical errors in the platform or any connected game engine, rather than reporting them to support.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets.
• Using stolen, borrowed or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to deposit funds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for purposes other than genuine gameplay.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider without first raising the issue with 365 Games support.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, and using VPNs or proxies to mask your true location.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing any member of the 365 Games team or other users of the platform.

If you discover a technical error or vulnerability in the platform, you are expected to report it to us promptly via [email protected] rather than exploit it. Responsible disclosure is appreciated and we take such reports seriously.

8 Responsible Gaming

365 Games takes responsible gaming seriously. We are committed to providing tools and resources that help our players manage their gaming activity in a healthy and sustainable way. The following tools are available to all registered players directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your 365 Games account.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

• Detection of fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity on the account.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
• Identification of a duplicate account linked to the same individual.

If your account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds and pending winnings derived from prohibited activity — may be forfeited. Legitimate winnings earned prior to the violation, where distinguishable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

10 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

13 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
